Nicholas Obradovich, 88, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2010. He was born December 2, 1922 in Masontown, PA, son of the late Andrew and Martha (Kosovacs) Obradovich and resided in Michigan until he moved to Georgetown in 2004. He was a retired electrician with Local Union 58 in Detroit, Michigan and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He is survived by his son, Mike Obradovich; his daughter, Robin (Bill) Richardson; three grandchildren, Gregory, Elizabeth and Kenneth Richardson; two brothers, David and Eli Obradovich; four nieces, Cindy Staed, Joyce Obradovich, Jessie Albani and Jeanne Obradovich; five nephews, Richard, David, Charles, Joseph and Andrew Obradovich. In addition to his parents, Nicholas was preceded in death by two sisters, Sophia and Julia Obradovich; four brothers, Charles, Michael, Joseph and Peter Obradovich and the mother of his children, Dorlis Blankenship. Visitation will be Saturday, December 18 from 6 to 8 PM at Faith Baptist Church with the Memorial Service at 6 PM. Rev. Bob Fox will be officiating.
