Obituary for Thressa Vanessa Allen

Thressa Vanessa Allen, 49, wife of Joel Curtis Allen, entered into rest on Tuesday, March 24th, 2015. She was born July 6th, 1965 in Harlan, Kentucky, daughter of the late James H. and Katie (Brock) Thomas. Thressa was a member of Cumberland Pentecostal Church in Cumberland, Kentucky. She enjoyed quilting, canning and was a hard worker at everything she did and would speak her mind at all times. In addition to her husband, Thressa is survived by her two sons, Sampson (Sharon) Allen and Shawn (Whitney) Allen; three grandchildren, Eli Curtis Allen, Kiley Savannah Allen and Kaitlyn Danielle Allen. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 26th at 1:00PM at Georgetown Cemetery with Pastor Sam Glenn officiating.
