Tony Ray Kirk, 56, passed away Thursday, August 20th, 2015. He was born December 22nd, 1958 in Evansville, Indiana, son of the late Charles Edward and Juanita Bessie (Johnson) Kirk. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, hunting, growing vegetables and spending time with his family. Tony is survived by his beloved wife, Christine Elaine (Couch) Kirk; his daughter, Emily Rose Kirk; his son, Charles Ray “Charlie” Kirk; one sister, Charlene (Phil) Monroe; one brother, Michael Kirk; his mother and father-in-law, Carole and Wendell Jameson; a special nephew and niece, Jacob Bryan Abney and Stephanie Schlenker. In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by a sister, Betty June Abney. Celebration of Life visitation will be Monday, August 24th at Johnson’s Funeral Home from 11 A.M. until time of service at 1 P.M. with Pastor Gary Brown officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
