Obituary for Mary Stoll Lutz

Mary Stoll Lutz, 96, wife of Alfred Arthur Lutz, passed away Wednesday, November 11th, 2015. She was born February 25th, 1919 in Indiana, daughter of the late Karl Christian and Alta (Davis) Stoll. Mary retired from the Greyhound Corporation where she had been an executive secretary. She was a member of The Church of The Holy Trinity, where she served on the Altar Guild and was active in ECW. Mary enjoyed reading, sewing and cross stitch. In addition to her husband, Mary is survived by two daughters, Mary Raider and Martha (Dennis) Neclerio; one step-daughter, Jo L. (Jeff) Burger; one step-son, Mark David (Joann) Lutz; six grandchildren, Jeff (Sondra) Raider, Mike (Blair) Raider; David Raider, Beth (Ed) Smith, Angie (Curt) McGhee and Michelle (Bennett) Knox; six step-grandchildren and several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by one son-in-law, Don Raider; two brothers, Richard M. Stoll and William A. Stoll. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2 to 5pm at Johnson’s Funeral Home. Services will be 11am Monday at The Church Of The Holy Trinity with The Rev. Linda McCloud, Priest of The Church Of The Holy Trinity officiating. Burial will be in Georgetown Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Mary’s grandsons and son-in-law. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be directed to The Church Of the Holy Trinity, 209 South Broadway, Georgetown, Kentucky 40324. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Dover Manor for their exceptional and loving care of Mary during her stay.
