Alex Matthew Rabe, 24, passed away Friday, June 24th, 2016. He was born June 11th, 1992 in Georgetown, Kentucky, son of Mark and Elaine (Ewing) Rabe. Alex graduated in 2010 from Scott County High School and was in the Maintenance Training Program with Toyota Motor Manufacturing. He was a member of Saint Francis and Saint John Catholic Church. Alex enjoyed putting his automotive school training to use by working on cars any chance he could. He was a proficient bowler and enjoyed hunting. He always loved helping people and being with his buddies. In addition to his parents, Alex is survived by his sister, Carmen Clark; his brother, Brian Clark; maternal grandparents, Charles and Pat Ewing; paternal grandfather, Don Rabe; his aunts and uncles, Angie, Sandy and Sheldon, MaryLynn and David, Tony and Annette, Denise and Dennis, Vicki and Frank; a special nephew, River Clark; numerous cousins and so many dear and wonderful friends. Alex was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Dee Rabe. Visitation will be Monday, June 27th from 5 to 8pm at St. John Catholic Church, where the Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10am with Father Linh Nguyen officiating. Burial will be at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Tony Ewing, Cameron Walters, Nathan Clark, David Clark, Ryan Gardner, Jake Jones, Tony Kawalski and Cory Woolums.
