Condolence: Danny was a easy going and wonderful person. He was always so good to me when we were kids. He was kind and although we were the same age he looked after me.
I remember when I visited Danny in Las Vegas many years ago, he was so excited to see me. He took me out to a western casino (the name escapes me). He insisted on playing black jack. I was so excited when he won $50 bucks but he insisted he was going to play the $50 bucks. He lost it and I felt bad for him. He just shrugged his shoulders and laughed. I loved that about him.
I did not get to see him much the past several years but I will miss him dearly.
Condolence: Danny was a great cousin. He always had this big smile on face that made me feel good about being around him. His sense of humor was contagious. We had a good time when we were together and I always enjoyed his company.
In 1970 my mother passed away. At the time, I was 13 and Danny was 10. While visiting for my mom’s service, Danny hung out with me. To help me feel better, he bought me ice cream bars at the grocery store across the street from the funeral home. I’ll always remember his kindness.
My biggest regret with Danny, was not spending more time with him. What a great guy!
