Emma L. Morris, 90, widow of Robert C. Morris, passed away Sunday, February 26 at her daughter’s home in Nancy, KY. Born in Scott Co, she was the daughter of the late Frank Thomas and Stella Stewart West.

A member of the Rock Worship Center, she enjoyed doing word search puzzles, adult coloring books, playing cards and was well accomplished with plastic canvas.

She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie (Bobby) Rogers, Nancy, KY; brother, Gene West, Stamping Ground; grandchildren, Christopher Lowery, Demetria Mullins, Adrienne Nickell, Charles Rogers, Kayla Rogers and Elijah Rogers; as well as eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sons, Robert A. Morris and Donald W. “Wayne” Morris; as well as eleven siblings.

Funeral services will be 2:30 PM Wednesday at Johnson’s Funeral Home, conducted by Pastor Anthony West. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Tuesday.
