Condolence From: Theo Howard- Ames
Condolence: My most sincere condolences to Kay's family. She was a wonderfully warm, kind, and funny lady. She welcomed me into her life and home when I was far away from my own family many years ago. She hosted many evenings spent laughing and playing cards with Glen, Daniel, Rob, and others. I'm sure she came to expect me on her doorstep when the weather called for tornadoes!
I know Kay loved all her family so very much- she will be missed.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of your great loss. Recently I lost my dear mother,
and found great comfort in the Holy Bible, like at Isaiah 25 verse 8 -
"The Sovereign Lord will swallow up death forever, and wipe away
the tears from all faces." Also at Revelation 21 verse 4, we find
God's promise to remove both pain and death. I hope these verses
will give you a measure of comfort during your time of grief.

Condolence: I have known Aunt Kay all my life, but we had the pleasure of staying with her at her home four years ago. She made us fresh bread every day, cracked us up with her stories, had conversations with her pet bird, would only open letters addressed a specific way, and gave my daughter Alexa a lifelong saying in "lies and alibis!" I remember doing crafts with her when I was young. She saved everything and could make the most creative artwork. Her sense of humor was boundless (she was known for the occasional off-color joke), and helped her deal with the many challenges she faced in life. I am so sad at our earthly loss, but thankful she can now fly free and weightless. Aunt Kay, I will miss your big laugh. Doug, Gina and family--your mom was a true original!
