Karen Sue Ritchie was born April 18, 1971 in Madison County and departed this life Sunday, July 16, 2017. She was the daughter of Novella Turner Reece of Sand Gap and of the late Clyde Reece.
In addition to her mother, Karen is also survived by her husband, Kevin Ritchie and by two sons, Nathaniel Shane Hunt and Zackary Clyde Hunt all of Georgetown. She is also survived by two sisters, Jennifer Ann Turner and her husband Teddy and Jessica Rose Herbel and her husband Brian all of Sand Gap.
Karen was an employee of The Salvation Army.

Funeral service 11:00AM Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Lakes Funeral Home with Major Tom Hinzman, Bro. David Rose and Bro. Leonard Wilder officiating. Burial to follow in the Hellard Cemetery. Pallbearers are Kevin, Mike & Derek Ritchie, Nathaniel Shane & Zackary Clyde Hunt, Brian & Dawson Herbel, and Major Tom Hinzman.
