Michael Ray Kelley, 50, operating room technician with Foretech Medical, passed away Monday, Feb. 26, 2018. Born in Georgetown, he was the son of the late William and Phyllis Griffith McKinley.
He is survived by his daughter, Rachel Kelley; brother Mark Douglas (Amy) Kelley and sister, Annette “Michelle” Kelley.
Services will be private.
