Obituary for Brenda Faye West
Brenda Faye West, 74, widow of the late Roger Lee West, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018. Born in Williamstown, KY, she was the daughter of the late Lulea and Sallie Mae Downing Bowman.
A homemaker, she enjoyed watching worship on her television but was most loved by her family and children that she helped raise.
She is survived by her nine children, Audrey Gregory, Jeannie Francis (Bobby) Jones, Jacqueline Marie West, Linda Kay West, Vada Sue Martin, Jeffrey Ray West, Rodney Lee West, James William West and Roger Dale (Donna) West; 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her brothers and sisters and one great grandchild.
A graveside service will be 11 AM Friday at Georgetown Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:45 AM-10:45 AM at Johnson’s Funeral Home.
