Obituary for Michael W. Zumwalt

GEORGETOWN: Michael W. Zumwalt, 54, husband of Mary Reed Zumwalt and former American Eagle employee died Friday, March 11, 2005 at Hospice Care. A native of Scott County, he was the son of Perry Clay & Christine Burgess Zumwalt, Georgetown and was a member of Northside Christian Church.



Other survivors include a daughter: Kimberly Zumwalt (Davey) Skinner, Georgetown, a stepdaughter: Denise Gaither (Dave) Monhollen, Cynthiana, a stepson: Jason K. Gaither, Somerset, 2 grandchildren: Andrew & Lauren Skinner, grandmother: Gladys Burgess, Georgetown, a sister: Linda (Harold) Darnaby, Lawrenceburg, & 2 brothers: Larry (Betty) Zumwalt & Bill Zumwalt, both of Harrison Co.



Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Johnson’s Funeral Home by Bro. Dwight D. Elam and Darrell Gaunce. Burial will be in the Georgetown Cemetery. Casket bearers will be: Glen Patton, Lee Collins, and R. C. Giles, Teddy Clark, Harold Darnaby & Daryl Zumwalt. Honorary bearers will be: Randolph Reed, Nathan Patton, David Kelly, Richard Compton & Michael Washburn. Visitation will be 5—8 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
