Mr. Stephen Dean Collinsworth, age 60, the husband of Debbie Reeves Collinsworth of Lynette Drive, Georgetown, Kentucky and formerly of Laurel County, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday morning in Georgetown, Kentucky. He was the father of Melissa Leger and husband, Steven of London, Kentucky and Kasey Robertson and husband, Zachery of Corbin, Kentucky. He was the son-in-law of Robert and Myretta Reeves of Corbin, Kentucky, the brother-in-law of Sherry Taylor and husband, Clark of Lexington, Kentucky. He was the grandfather of Christopher Jackson, Madison Jackson and Ashlee Leger all of London, Kentucky and Natalee Robertson of Corbin, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Norma Farmer Collinsworth and by one brother, Doug Butler. Funeral services for Mr. Stephen Dean Collinsworth will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon in the Laurel Funeral Home chapel with Pastor David Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the Felts Chapel Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky. The family of Mr. Stephen Dean Collinsworth will receive friends at on Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Laurel Funeral Home.
