Condolence From: Sheila Polkow
Condolence: Dear Donna, Michael, Patrick and Sean, I am so sorry to hear the news of Uncle George’s Passing. He was a man full of life, had a knack for telling stories and loved to share a great joke. He always had a smile on his face and I remember when I was young he had the ability to make me laugh. My mom is so sadden by the loss of her younger brother, the last of her siblings. She would like so badly to be there but at age 86 is not able to make the trip. I only wish there was a bit more time to plan my flights from Colorado so that I could be there for the celebration of his life. He had such charisma and sounds like he married a lovely wife and had amazing kids. One who I met, Sean, at my Father’s funeral. I went to mass on All Saints Day and All Souls Day to offer up the mass for his soul. There is tremendous power in prayer and Uncle George will benefit greatly with all our prayers, so I have asked for an additional mass to be said in his name, for the repose of his soul. My love and prayers remain with you during this very difficult time. Most sincerely, Sheila Polkow (Uncle George’s sister Mary Lou’s middle child)
