Troy Wayne Smallwood, 62, husband of Polly Rosanna (Caddell) Smallwood, passed away Tuesday, January 30th, 2018. He was born October 13th, 1955 in Pikeville, Kentucky, son of Vicie (Bentley) Smallwood and the late Lenard Smallwood. Troy served in the United States Army and was retired from Toyota Motor Manufacturing, where he was a skilled maintenance technician. He enjoyed trail hiking, bicycling, traveling and spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his wife and mother, Troy is survived by his children, Dustun Wayne (Laura) Smallwood, June Enos, Ellen (Roland) Brown, Jordan Hyden, Joshua Hyden, Thomas McGaha, Micheal (Jason) Holmes, Bobby Belcher and Ralph Belcher; seventeen grandchildren; two sisters, Patia (Larry) Moore and Gwen (John) Gobler; one brother, Joe Smallwood. Visitation will be Saturday, February 3rd from 1pm until time of service at 2pm at Victory Life Church, 1141 Lexington Road, Georgetown, with Pastor Gary Toney officiating. Full Military Honors will be provided at the church by American Legion Post 24. There will be a second visitation on Sunday from 1pm to 2pm at Lucas & Son Funeral Home, 2931 U.S. Highway 23 South, Pikeville, Kentucky. Graveside service will follow at Sanders Cemetery in Rock House, Kentucky.
