Gloria Ann (Kaiser) Hocter, 85, passed away Saturday, June 23rd , 2018. She was born December 11th, 1932 in Addyston, Ohio, daughter of the late Clayton and Minnie (Adams) Kaiser. Gloria is survived by her three daughters, Melissa (Gary) Harp, Melinda Perry and Maria (Todd) DeVoss; two grandchildren, Clayton Harp and Devin Perry. In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Dick” Andrew Hocter, who had been a weatherman in Kansas City for many years. There will be a private memorial service held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Heart Association or to the donor’s favorite charity of choice.
