Mark Anthony Adams, 67, passed away on Friday, May 10th, 2019. He was born November 17th, 1951 in Woodford County, Kentucky, son of the late Shelby Adams and Sara (Duncan) Adams Hotham. Mark was known as “Ice Cream Man” by many in Georgetown from almost forty years of serving ice cream from his truck. Mark is survived by his sister, Marjorie (Rick) Hadden; one brother, Robert (Barbara) Adams; and his niece and nephews, Rebecca (Billy) Barnett, Joseph (Dawn) Hadden and Timothy (Tonya) Hadden; his great nieces and nephew, Kenadi Buckler, Kenzie bucker and Jacob Buckler; several cousins and additional family. In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Adams. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 15th from 11:30am until time of service at 1pm at Johnson’s Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Bratcher officiating. Burial will be in Georgetown Cemetery.
