James Robert Worthington III, 52, Army Veteran and husband of Cathleen Neal Worthington, passed away on Sunday, June 9th, 2019. James was born on October 17th, 1966 in Fayette County, Kentucky, son of the late James R. Worthington II and Linda Abner Spencer. He enjoyed fishing and taking care of his grandchildren. In addition to his wife, James is survived by his two daughters, Amber Worthington and Kaitlynn Worthington; three grandchildren, Jasmine, Abbagail and Zoey; two sisters, Athena Willoughby and Crystal Spencer; one brother, Robin Worthington. Services will be private.
