Ethan Allen Osborn-Smith, son of Megann Osborn and Scot Smith, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Kevin and Melisa Osborn and paternal grandparents, Willard and Kady Smith, all of Georgetown; aunt, Emily Smith, Georgetown; uncles, Jesse Smith, Georgetown and Tyler McKinney, Greenup; as well as maternal and paternal great grandparents, numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother, Elijah Lee Osborn-Smith and great grandfather, Robert Fugate, Sr.

Graveside service will be 1:30 PM Monday at the Georgetown Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:30 AM Monday at Johnson’s Funeral Home.
