Obituary for Mildred C Hobbs
Mildred C. Hobbs “Bo Bo”, 78, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2020. Born in Beattyville, KY, she was the daughter of the late Ulmer and Spicey Coomer.
She attended Body Christ Church and was retired from McKechine Vehicle Componets. She loved sewing, gardening, crosswords, crocheting and every moment with her family.
She is survived by her two children, Janet Moon, Georgetown and Anthony (Kathy) Hobbs, Lexington; grandchildren, Kristina (Eric) Johnson, Sadieville, KY, Stacey (Roy) Williamson, Georgetown and Michael Coldren, Lexington; great grandchildren, James Scheer and Kaitlyn Johnson, both of Sadieville, Kaitlyn and Brooklyn Williamson, both of Georgetown; as well as many special friends and her dog, Buster, that she loved so much. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Mike and John Henry Coomer.
A celebration of life will be 5-8 PM Tuesday at Johnson’s Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care.
