Helena Robey Bailey, 94, widow of Willie Orville Bailey, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Born in Scott County, she was the daughter of the late Elza and Lura Forest Alsop Robey. A homemaker, she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her grandson, Charles Miller; grandchildren, Justin Miller and Amber Dawn Miller; sisters, Jeanene (Gayle) Tackett and Juanita LeMaster; son-in-law, Hick Turner. In addition to her husband parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Bonnie Jean Turner; siblings, Garrett Robey and Wallace Robey, Flossie D. Wasson, Beatrice Towles and Eula Mae McDowell.
