Kaelyn Bullock Hand, 39, wife of Justin Thomas Hand, passed away on Sunday, January 10th, 2021. She was born August 12th, 1981 in Lexington, Kentucky, daughter of Don (Lena) Bullock and the late Margaret Harris. Kaelyn was a member of Southland Christian Church and active in her Bible study group. She graduated from Transylvania University with her Bachelor Degree in Accounting and received her Law Degree from the Indiana School of Law. In addition to her husband and father, Kaelyn is survived by three sons, Jacob Hand, Travis Hand and Lucas Hand; her beloved dog, Puddle; her sister, Brynn (Andrew) Jackson; her nephew and niece, Cooper Jackson and Ruby Drew Jackson; three aunts, Judi Leake , Virginia “Jinny” Sturgeon and Mary Bullock; two great-aunts, Pauline Bullock and Joyce (O.H.) Foster. Besides her mother, Kaelyn was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and Nancy Harris and John and Ruby Bullock; three uncles, Robert Leake, Ed Sturgeon and Ken Bullock. Due to current regulations and restrictions, the services will be private. Burial will be in The Lexington Cemetery. The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to the donor’s charity of choice in memory of Kaelyn.
