I learned about this amazing person named Frank from my brother who lives next door to dear Frank. So, Every time I visited Georgetown, Frank would play golf with us and then go eat...cheesesteak sandwiches. He had such a friendly and non-judgemental temperament and a great friend of mine. Being an electrical engineer, Frank understood power for his golf cart yet he refused to buy new batteries...and once we got stuck out on the course because his special oil he used in his cart batteries didn’t last. I used to enjoy Frank and Corey banter back and forth on the golf course however, these two loved each other unconditionally. I will miss you Frank and thank you for being my brother John’s close friend.
