Gene Dale Glass, 89, widower of Eula Mae (Moss) Glass, passed away on Monday, March 14th, 2022. He was born September 12th, 1932 in Sadieville, Kentucky, son of the late Clarence Thomas “C.T.” and Christine (Burgess) Glass. Gene served in the United States Army and was the manager of the Calibration Department for the Bluegrass Army Depot for thirty years. He was a Lifetime Member of the NRA. In his younger days, Gene enjoyed hunting and he was a lifelong beef cattle farmer.

Gene is survived by his two sons, David (Kathy) Glass, Gary (Virginia) Glass; one brother, Doyle “Pete” Glass. In addition to his parents, Gene was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne Glass and Ronald “Ronnie” Glass. Graveside service will be Saturday, March 19th, at 2:30pm at Georgetown Cemetery with Pastor Glenn Redmon officiating.
