Shelly Liggett Neal, 60, passed away Thursday, June 2, 2022. Born in Bettsville, OH, she was the daughter of the late Gene and Leona Liggett. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, sewing and was dedicated to her sons.
She is survived by her sons, Matthew Angel, Aaron Liggett and Rodney Rose; brother, Mark Liggett; sister, Bonnie Long; as well as nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Justin Angel and Randall Angel.
