Obituary for Linda Lee Showman
Linda Lee Showman, 78, widow of Donald Lee Showman, passed away Monday, August 1, 2022. Born in Akron, OH, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Marian Smith Leffel.
Linda enjoyed working with different crafts but her true passion was her children. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother and friend.
She is survived by her son, Daniel (Lindsey) Showman; grandchildren, Dennis Andrew (Heather) Hurl, which she raised, Donald Showman III, her “Donnie Sunshine” and Ryan Lee; brothers, R. Larry Leffel and Tom Leffel; and daughter in law, Karen Showman. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her children, Donald Lee Showman II and Donna Lynn Showman; brothers, Dennis Ray Leffel and Dale Allen Leffel.
A memorial gathering will be 5-7 PM Friday at Johnson’s Funeral Home.
