Kelly Hugh Lee, 55, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2022. He was born August 16, 1967 in Cynthiana, Kentucky, son of Joan (Toole) Annis and the late James D. Davis. In addition to his mother, Kelly is survived by his daughter, Kimber Scott and her fiance’, Matthew Parsons; three grandchildren, Brentley Montgomery, Delaney Montgomery and Michael Parsons; one sister, Lisa Lee. Besides his father, Kelly was preceded in death by his son, Michael Lee Scott; one sister, Sharon Lee; his brother, James Davis. Kelly’s Celebration Of Life Service will be held at a later date.
