Thurman Allen Lunsford, 71, widower of Kathy Webb Lunsford, passed away Monday, January 9, 2023. Born in Carter County, KY, he was the son of the late John and Bertha Snipes Lunsford.
A mechanic with Caterpillar for 38 years, he loved to fish, hunt and was accomplished in woodworking.
He is survived by his son, Brian Lunsford; sister, Faye Lunsford; brothers, Glennis Lunsford and Delbert Lunsford; as well as numerous grandchildren. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Kevin Lunsford and David Lunsford; sisters, Lillian Cundiff and Betty Adkins; brothers, Delmar Lunsford, Clinton Lunsford, Ottis Lunsford and James Lunsford.
Services will be private.
