Obituary for Lee Ann Johnson Offutt

Lee Ann (Rice) Johnson Offutt, 51, wife of Larry Offutt, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2010. She was born March 28, 1959 in Woodford County, Kentucky, daughter of Priscilla (Bigbee) DeBord and the late Michael R. Rice. Lee Ann was a former employee of Cloud Concrete and served as an Administrative Assistant with the Scott County Building Inspection office. In addition to her husband, Lee Ann is survived by her daughter, Jessica (Thomas Tackett) Eads; her son, Joseph Eads; her grandson, Jacob Eads; one sister, Teri Baker; one brother, Michael Rice, II; four step-sons, Larry J. Offutt, Harry Wayne Offutt, Shannon Edmond Offutt and Jason Thomas Offutt; several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Wayne DeBord and one step-daughter, Tabatha Belle Brumley. Friends may call on Friday from 2 to 4 pm at Johnson’s Funeral Home, where services will be held at 4:00 PM with Pastor Rick Bailey and Rev. James Thomas Offutt officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
