Where you and I are going There is sunshine, never rain. They know that you are ready. They see it through their tears. They’ll keep you close as always Through the memories of many years. God wants to meet you in person. He’s watched you all your life; A child, a mother, a grandma And a most adoring wife. You’re ready for the journey. Let go and take my hand. Follow me away from here And to the promised land. God wants to meet you in person. He’s waiting with all His love. No longer restricted to the earth You’re now an angel up above.
